In the year 1999, we (group of farmer familly) getting offer of custom head and governance of local countryside to develop or exploit unproductive farm [in] river estuary area of Banyuasin. As according to result for the process of deliberation of areal by local custom, hence agreed on that before exploiting farm 300 ha, we be asked to develop/build a bridge as long as 250 m, give the genset for the electrics lighting and give any television which [is] allotment to society [in] countryside of Kepala Puntian, Talang Kelapa.

After all the request can be realized, later;then we manage for the making of letters about that land. And in the year of 2001, SPH (land right letter of affirmation) signed by government of local sub-regency chief and countryside [is] we have get. Even to its it have been made [by] particular full power signed / to be known by Notary & PPAT, in 2003. From that letters which have signed will be raised for the making of property certificate. Then start to develop that areal since end of 2002 until now as we which have tell [in] early this article.

And since that time, this areal [is] we give the name of Tanjung Mulya that planned as the place of to whom going to be farmer of fishpond, at the same time learn religious service to Alloh.

Incidentally our family have followed education [in] Qodirriyah Wa Naqshabandiyyah thoreqoh (tareqat) and still learn [in] this thoreqoh until now, and from our doyen old fellow tuition, please mention that in searching contiguity with Alloh if made the sequence or step of its amenity, first is by becoming the farmer, second is the merchant, and third is the officer (labour or employees). Hence in order to the make-up of the way of thinking, at the same time learn religious service and look for contiguity with Alloh, hence us try to make a small-scale place to learn and try to become self-supporting farmer.

Before us get areal in Tanjung Mulya, Palembang, our family have spread over in Central Java area, Banten, South Lampung, East Lampung, South Sumatra, and South Kalimantan, by becoming the farmer and fishpond men. So that we very grateful with existence of Tanjung Mulya areal, family we earn together the effort and learn religious service as the farmer.

Founding of Tanjung Mulya meant besides to accomodate family member, we also very open to whosoever which want to be the farmer of fishpond to join together exploit (good use) that areal, important have the kindness to go by the book we which have apply in effort make the areal mentioned as self-supporting countryside of agriculture. That said : who do to make it, whose will have it and whose earn using it. By executing the sincerity (downright principle), discipline, and cooperation, insya alloh always can reach for the advantage, which the advantage can receive cash, or delayed, or in the other form.

What we do to represent learning to long-range effort, so that expected until to childrens and grandchildrens. In the globalization era and this sophisticated technology, we must don't forget where we come from, what purpose we are in this world, and where we will return. Because at the moment in all the world the heralded is development of economic and physical only, whereas its human being less paid attention in make-up of the way of thinking, though "the man behind the gun" is the essencial. Long-Range idea is different with the short-range idea, therefore we have to work hard ahead for having the good time later, but don't make us afraid because in the difficulty there is amenity, sure.

Finally our expectation if this areal have earned to be realized its development, hence of Tanjung Mulya become an self-supporting countryside for baladan aminan.

First will be made a river (aqueduct) especial which divide two wide of  the 300 ha areal width, as channel inclusion of water, later;then will be made [by] dismissal channel beside periphery of right ang left of areal, become there [is] three river (aqueduct) that is [in] left periphery, in the middle and in right periphery. Temporarily this just built one medial aqueduct [of] areal with length more or less 2.500 m.

In two sides of the channel will built the fishpond with 2 ha width per plot of land. Terracing of fishpond will be made with distance 50 m of channel periphery. Land as wide as 50 m [in] left and right [of] channel, will be used for main road as wide as 10 m, and the rest for the housing of lawn and facing its fishpond [of] each him.

Every 1.000 m will made a mosque, that is [in] tip of estuary, in the middle, and [in] tip of behind areal. Temporarily this have built 2 mosque that is in the middle and [in] tip of behind areal. As according to mosque number, this areal [is] also divided become to 3 shares, what is each led by group head, as delegation of management of Tanjung Mulya.

Hereinafter will be build the riverport [in] especial channel estuary, and [at] its growth later will be build the public facility like : market, school, health clinic, playing field, meeting room hall, etc. And also making of permanent road up to PU road and to kampongs closest.

From the 300 ha width of areal, hence there will be 150 fishpond plot of land (2 ha each), so that expected will be able to accomodate at least 150 familly up to 300 familly, or about/around 600 people up to 1.200 people.

If us pay attention the condition of world in this time, have loaded with pollution, either in land, air and water also, while we not possible to hide because we live in it, so that unconsciously that pollution effect enter in our body. Therefore we have to ever take care of the condition of x'self and try to push our environment so that more condussive.

The biggest challenge in developing of Tanjung Mulya is in the development of human resource. In order to study to increase the way of thinking so that can become one who always learn more accurate, neglectless, and full (of) care, in framework learn religious service to Alloh. Because as according to confession of people of islam, hence shall earn express its islamism, where obliged of human being to ever have to religious service to Alloh. While now many among of us is polluted which have trapped in practice estae culture and commercialisation which have inside to marrow, to flesh and to blood.

Therefore statutes [in] Tanjung Mulya [is] to "always respect to the state and always executing its religion", then to increase the way of thinking have applied the education "jus'un latifun", while way of its religious service is ever learn "taubat to Alloh, dzikir to Alloh, and follow the Rosululloh footstep". With tuition of our old fellow, hopefully we earn to clean pollution impact which have inside to marrow, to flesh and to blood, and also fortify x'self of ugly influence [of] continuous pollution happened around us. Even though without existence of improvement " sincerity, discipline and cooperation ", undoubtedly will be difficult in reaching the goal.

To finishing the 300 ha of fishpound making of course we very requiring many capital (money). But with assisting each other and work together as a teamwork among the family member, the project will continue.

Areal Tanjung Mulya previous represent estuary forest with wood composition of nipah as long as 750 m, then caught up with crop of warakas as long as 750 m, and rest is wood of gelam ( dolken) alternated [by] other big trees like bengkirai, ingas etc. From condition, newly pittance which we exploit for the making of local building facility. Because workdload of activity, we not yet have time to look for entrepreneur of wood which will accomodate woods product.

Pursuant to information which we accept from fishery department, please express that area of Palembang is one of the best area to the effort fishpound of freshwater and brackish in Indonesia. This matter is caused by river of Banyuasin relative lower contamination, its peat coat relative attenuate, and its land is clay which relative fertility. Of perception of us to local weather and climate and also ground zigma [in] our areal and its surroundings, and from attempt we which have try in the reality this areal, it is true suited for fishpond, and good for other brackish fish and also prawn.

Such as those which we have submit ahead of, that our just wide open areal to whom wishing join to become fishpond farmer. And in order to quicken to expanding of this areal, we pass in to brothers and sisters intending to joint forces with us [in] Tanjung Mulya to open or develop/build any fishpond [of] wanted plot of land as according to ability.
